Lauren champions the transformative power of therapy and is passionate about fostering a space where the courage to seek help is acknowledged and celebrated. Her practice provides a judgment-free environment, inviting clients of all ages to discover their inner strength amid the challenges of growth, personal loss, or the desire for change. Through personalized care, Lauren equips her clients with the tools necessary for resilience and meaningful progress.

What’s your favorite guilty pleasure snack?

Lesser Evil coconut oil popcorn - it's a guilty pleasure because I will eat an obscene amount of it.


What’s your go-to activity for relaxation?

Going for a walk outside. The fresh air is always so helpful to let go of any stressors and get present.

My cat sitting in the hood of my sweatshirt :)


What's the best piece of advice you've received?

When you feel lost or full of doubt, listen more and talk less.
